About us
I didn’t start Chosen Era with a big plan or anything. I was just 16, thinking about clothes and what I liked wearing. Most of the stuff I had felt the same as everyone else’s. It wasn’t bad, it just didn’t feel like it really meant anything. After a while, it got kind of boring just wearing whatever everyone else was wearing.
At the same time, my faith was becoming more important to me. I started paying more attention to the people I had around me and the kind of energy they brought into my life. Being around people who shared my faith just felt different in a good way. It felt more real, more grounded.
That’s where the name Chosen Era came from. For me, it’s about being in a stage of life where I’m starting to think more about who I am and what I stand for.
When I made my first design, it wasn’t just about starting a brand. I wanted it to mean something. I wanted to honour my friend who passed away and carry a piece of him with me through what I was creating. That design was personal it was a way of remembering him and making sure he’s still a part of my journey.
I didn’t want to just follow trends anymore. I wanted something that meant something to me, even if it’s simple. Chosen Era is just my way of showing that. It represents being more careful with my choices, making my own choices instead of just going along with whatever’s popular.
I’m still learning and figuring things out as I go, but this is something that feels real to me. It’s not just about clothes, it’s about becoming more sure of who I am.
