Returns Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.


Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Chosen Era will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 7 days of purchase

  • You provide your original online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase

  • The item has not been used or damaged in any way

  • The item is:

    • In its original packaging

    • Unopened, unused, and in original saleable condition

If these requirements are not met, Chosen Era reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange for change-of-mind returns.


Other Returns

Chosen Era will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund, or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality

  • The product is significantly different from what was shown or described

  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose

  • The product is unsafe

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., tax invoice).

Chosen Era reserves the right to refuse a return where the issue is caused by misuse or neglect.


Refund Policy

  • Your original Chosen Era tax invoice is the best proof of purchase

  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method within 48 hours after the product is received and inspected

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase

For change-of-mind returns:

  • You are responsible for return shipping

  • Items must be returned in full, with all packaging, and in saleable condition

  • Please contact our Customer Service Team for return instructions

  • Refunds are processed after inspection at our warehouse
